Stay Grounded: Building Distress Tolerance Skills

Join other survivors as we explore tools and strategies for staying grounded during stressful moments, managing emotional overwhelm, and building resilience in everyday life. Through discussion and interactive activities, participants will learn about the Window of Tolerance, practice practical coping skills for navigating stressors and triggers, and create a personalized action plan to help them stay grounded during challenging situations.

This workshop is open to survivors ages 14 and older. Prior counseling is recommended.
