Celebrating 120 Years of YWCA: Engaging Local Media

Dr. Cheryl Watkins, MBA, President and Chief Executive Officer  of YWCA Metro St. Louis, is taking the opportunity to engage and educate the community through local media channels about our remarkable 120-year anniversary milestone. From offering secure and safe housing for women during the World’s Fair, to now serving over 10,000 women and their families annually, YWCA remains dedicated to its core mission. Through Crisis Intervention, Early Childhood Education, and Economic Empowerment programs, we continue to pave the way towards self-sufficiency and prosperity for women and families in the community.
