Participants enrolled in the WorkREADI program are trained and placed in careers with our regional industry partners, enrolled in an education program, or enrolled in an apprenticeship program.
The program is designed to close the Opportunity Gap by providing access to training workforce and banking opportunities, close the Skills Gap through preparation for high-demand careers and financial management, and close the Access Gap by making crucial services available at no charge to sustain employment and thrive financially while in our programs.
