Better Business Bureau Distinction
YWCA Metro St. Louis has been named to the Better Business Bureau Honor Roll every year since 2005. This designation assures donors that these charities hold themselves to a higher standard and provides a way for potential donors to identify those charities that have met strict financial, reporting and governance standards.
Charities are evaluated using 20 national accountability standards such as adequate oversight by a board of directors, the ability to raise and spend their money, and their willingness to make public annual reports and financial statements.
