Early Education Opportunities

Start a meaningful career today!

Successful Pathways® is an accelerated opportunity for individuals interested in beginning a career in early childhood education to earn a CDA® credential from the Council for Professional Recognition while working as a paid apprentice with YWCA Early Education Program.

This Department of Labor registered apprenticeship supports the development of future early education professionals working with children ages birth to five (5) years old and their families.

Participants receive hands-on experience, professional development support, and guidance throughout the credentialing process to help build a strong foundation in early childhood education.

Participants must have a high school diploma or GED, complete an application with a provider, pass a background and fingerprint check, and fulfill all pre-hire requirements. There is no cost to participate.

Give your child a strong start today!

YWCA Early Education Program is now enrolling children ages three (3) to five (5) years old at select centers for both Head Start (income-eligible) and non-Head Start (no income-eligibility requirements) programs.
