Join other survivors of domestic violence for a supportive meditation and mindfulness workshop focused on healing and self-connection. This workshop uses meditation as a gentle, creative approach to help participants regulate emotions, build coping skills, and reconnect with their bodies in a safe space. Participants will learn mindfulness practices and meditative techniques that encourage grounding, presence, and emotional awareness. This workshop is designed to provide support, foster healing, and empower survivors with tools they can continue using beyond the session.
Eligibility:Open to survivors (ages 14+). Prior counseling is highly recommended. Individual therapy may be available.
