DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, February 25\, 2026 | 1:00–2:30 p.m. \nA creative group experience for survivors of domestic or sexual violence \nJoin others in a welcoming\, supportive space to explore self-expression through art. Using painting\, coloring\, and collage\, you’ll creatively explore emotions and personal experiences. This one-session group fosters reflection\, promotes well-being\, and helps you reconnect with yourself. \nOpen to survivors (ages 14+). Prior counseling is highly recommended. SUMMARY:Meditation & Mindfulness Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, January 28\, 2026 | 1:00–2:30 p.m. \nJoin other survivors of domestic violence for a supportive meditation and mindfulness workshop focused on healing and self-connection. This workshop uses meditation as a gentle\, creative approach to help participants regulate emotions\, build coping skills\, and reconnect with their bodies in a safe space. Participants will learn mindfulness practices and meditative techniques that encourage grounding\, presence\, and emotional awareness. This workshop is designed to provide support\, foster healing\, and empower survivors with tools they can continue using beyond the session. \nEligibility:Open to survivors (ages 14+).
