No prior yoga experience is required\, and all movements can be adapted for different abilities and comfort levels. \nWhat to Expect\n\nA calm\, welcoming environment\nSlow\, simple movements for every body\nBreathing practices to support your nervous system\nNo hands-on instruction\n\nEvent Details\nDates: Tuesdays\, June 16 – July 21\nTime: 5:15 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.\nLocation:\nYWCA Metro St. Louis\n1155 Olivette Executive Parkway\nSt. Louis\, MO 63132 \nRegistration Information\nThis program is open to survivors ages 18 and older. This is a closed group\, meaning participants are encouraged to attend the full series with the same group members each week.
